CSCCI Organizes a Lecture Titled “Adapting to Global Changes” By Renowned Speaker Mr. Rob Lebow

In its continuous efforts to raise awareness and develop skills among businessmen, government sectors and the community at large, Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CSCCI) organizes in cooperation with the Arabian Company for Process Management Systems on Saturday 10/6/1492H 14/6/2008 an educational lecture entitled (Adapting to Global changes) by Mr. Rob Lebow Chairman of the Board of Directors of LCI of America. This will be in King Faisal Hall at the Inter Continental Hotel in Riyadh at exactly seven o’clock in the evening.

Mr. Lebow is one of the former leading executives in Microsoft, and was ranked amongst the top 100 Thought Leaders in the world according to "Leadership Excellence Magazine". He was also the Author of “Shared Values”; a program that was ranked as one of the best 10 programs used for developing leadership and for human resource development.

The lecture will include a number of topics including: specifications and standards of organizations of the future, ways and means of raising production efficiency in services for both the private and public sectors, and effective mechanisms for change, how to solve lack of productivity, and modern means of creating a work environment based on freedom of thought and creativity, in addition to the empowerment and participation in decision making.  

Mr. Ibrahim Alkernas, Director of the Center for Research and Economic Studies at CSCCI and Dr. Yasser Al Harbi head of the Arabian Company for Process Management Systems invites all public and private sector bodies, businessmen and any interested persons to attend this lecture. They stressed that the topic of “Shared Values” is essential in building a positive culture, which helps in developing leadership skills and to raise managerial efficiency amongst professionals. They pointed out the presence of cooperation between the two organizers which aims to host more global thinkers to benefit from their expertise, ideas and knowledge.
